Policies
Cabin Assignments
Early reservations are recommended.We reserve the right to re-assign cabins to one of equivalent or greater capacity for any rental of less than 5 nights at our discretion. No additional charges will apply.
Pet Policy and Fees
Quiet, well-behaved pets are welcome at Fenske Lake Cabins.For everybody's safety, pets must be leashed or under voice command and control at all times when outside.
Noisy disruptive pets or those exhibiting anti-social behavior are not acceptable and will not be permitted to stay.
A clean professional kennel is available in Ely.
Pet Fee: $15 per day / $75 per week / per pet
Deposits
A $250 deposit is required to reserve your cabin.Deposits are due within 10 days of reservation.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards are accepted.
Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days in advance of your arrival.
Payments
Payment for reserved cabin and equipment is due at check-in.Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit cards, traveler's checks, cashier's checks and cash are accepted.
Cabins and equipment will be charged for the entire time reserved.
Sorry .. no refunds for early departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits minus a $50 service fee will be refunded if the cabin is cancelled at least 90 days in advance of scheduled arrival.Deposits for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival will be refunded only if the cabin is re-rented (less the $50 service fee).
